The location is perfect for concertgoers, just a short walk to the Mann Center. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was very low, making it hard to rinse off.

From the moment I stepped out, I was thrilled to discover a variety of restaurants just a few steps away, including great spots like Katz's Deli and Corner Bakery Cafe, making it easy to grab a bite before heading out for a day of exploring; plus, the hotel is less than 2 km from major attractions like Belmont Plateau and Fairmount Park, perfect for walking and enjoying the scenery. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the overall great experience.

Choosing this hotel based on positive reviews was a mistake. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to a pleasant receptionist. The lobby had a lovely scent, yet the room was a different story. It smelled of smoke and air freshener, and there was a noticeable shortfall in towels and pillows. The biggest issue? Roaches and bed bugs led to a traumatic night. Even after a promise of a refund, it remains unprocessed six days later. On the upside, the staff was accommodating, and the location was convenient. Clean beds and working amenities, like microwaves and fridges, added slight comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the severe hygiene issues. Consider other options.

Walking in, the lobby had a strong, artificial fragrance and a colorful, chaotic decor that set a peculiar tone. The check-in was smooth, thanks to a friendly receptionist. The room, however, didn’t meet expectations—it felt worn with a lingering smoke smell, and despite requesting more towels and pillows, only the towels arrived. The real shock came when a roach appeared, followed by alarming bedbug sightings, prompting us to bag our belongings. For a brief, basic stay, it missed the mark on cleanliness and comfort, though the location had potential and staff were well-meaning.

The temperature control worked well, allowing me to customize the climate. the heater was a bit loud—it woke me occasionally during the night. The decor was colorful, reminiscent of Rainbow Row, but felt somewhat dated. The bathroom had been nicely remodeled, featuring impressive lighting in the mirror and a steam-free function, which I appreciated. Noise traveled easily; I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

We had an amazing time exploring the nearby putt-putt course and batting cages with the kids. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and we enjoyed complimentary water and candies. Plus, a shopping mall just across the street made it convenient for us to grab essentials.
My kids wished for a playground on-site for more family fun.

I absolutely loved the vibrant and colorful decor of the hotel, it really brought a lively vibe to the place! The manager was super friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We were welcomed with treats and drinks, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect, close to a beautiful green area and just minutes away from the city center.
On the downside, the hotel had some issues that could easily be fixed to improve the experience. The bathroom shower lacked shelves for toiletries, the TV was outdated with limited channels, and the heavy smell of cleaning products was overwhelming.

The heating and air conditioning were a bit tricky to adjust, especially on hot days when the windows faced west, making the room uncomfortably warm. The strange smells in the hallways and elevators were a bit off-putting, and the lack of soundproofing meant I could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway. The outdated TV was difficult to use with devices like Chromecast due to its positioning against the wall. the water pressure in the shower was lacking, and the crack in the window made me a bit uneasy.

we had an exceptional stay at Philly Inn & Suites. the property's good location and larger-than-expected room, along with clean bathroom and helpful staff, made our experience enjoyable. there were plenty of outlets for charging and the staff was amazing, accommodating, and friendly. everything we needed was within walking distance, making it very convenient.
